Tom Noon has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Tom co-founded Arcarta in 2015 and served as the CEO. Prior to that, they co-founded UMAHU Group in 2014. In 2013, Tom worked as a Creative Director at Narrative™ · Storied Experience. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Lead Experience Designer at Great Fridays. At Martin Dawes Systems, Tom held multiple roles, including Senior Experience Designer from 2011 to 2012 and Experience Designer from 2008 to 2011. Tom started their career as a Junior Flex developer at Martin Dawes Systems from 2006 to 2007.

Tom Noon attended Edge Hill University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
