Nghia Bui is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in aged care and nursing management. Currently serving as the State Operations Manager for Arcare Aged Care in NSW, Nghia oversees the strategic and operational facets of one of Australia's largest privately owned aged care providers. Previous experience includes roles as Area Manager of Residential Services at The Salvation Army Aged Care, where operational oversight spanned multiple states, and Regional Support Manager at Opal Aged Care, which involved supporting numerous care homes. Additional roles in various healthcare settings include leadership positions at Chris O'Brien Lifehouse, MetroRehab Hospital, and St Luke's Care, alongside earlier experience in human resources and teaching. Nghia holds a Master of Health Services Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Nursing from Western Sydney University.
