Po-Wen Chi is an Assistant Professor at National Taiwan Normal University since February 2018 and a Senior Software Engineer at Arcadyan from February 2016 to the present. Prior to these roles, Po-Wen Chi worked at the Institute for Information Industry from October 2005 to January 2016, holding positions as Senior Engineer, Engineer, and Associate Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Computer Science from National Taiwan University (2010-2017), a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the same institution (2003-2005), and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University (1999-2003).
