Anchana Udayakumar is a seasoned professional in operations and customer success, currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager and previously as a Customer Success Manager at Arcadia since September 2022. Prior to this role, Anchana held the position of Strategy and Operations Manager at African Industries Group from September 2021 to August 2022. An experience at Uber as a Summer Intern in 2020 was preceded by a tenure as a Software Engineer at QBurst from June 2016 to May 2019.
