Scott Billups has had an extensive and varied career in finance. Scott began their career in 1997 as a Controller for Henkel. In 2003, they moved to NBC Universal as a Senior Finance Executive. Scott then joined Resources Global Professionals in 2009 as a Managing Director. In 2010, they joined General Electric as a Senior Finance Executive. In 2013, they became the Chief Financial Officer of FTJ FundChoice. In 2019, they took on the same role at PCS, LLC. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of Arcadia Towers (now Arcadia Infrastructure Group, LLC). In this role, they have managed and partnered with commercial wireless carriers, public safety entities, utilities, WISP's, government entities, local telcos, fiber service providers, and data centers.
Scott Billups holds an MBA in Finance from California State University, Los Angeles and a BS in Accounting and Finance from Miami University.
