David Susman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare analytics and quality measurement. Currently serving as a Senior Product Quality Measure Analyst at Arcadia since January 2019, David has previously held multiple roles within the company, including Product Healthcare Quality Analyst and Team Lead, Applications Analyst. Prior to Arcadia, David worked at IBM from 2016 to January 2019 as a Senior Analyst in Data Analytics and BI Support for Watson Health, where expertise was provided to various healthcare organizations. At Explorys, an IBM Company, David functioned as a Clinical Data Analyst focusing on data curation and standardization. David's career began with a Health Information Technology internship at Cleveland Clinic and included a role as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Acme Fresh Market.
