Barry Bickel is a Principal Consultant at Arcadia Consulting, a professional services firm focused on sustainable behavioral and culture change, since January 2021. Previously, Barry served as a Senior Principal in Management Consulting at Accenture from September 2015 to January 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Vice President of North American Sales at Iluminage Beauty, Inc. from February 2012 to August 2015, and a long tenure at Procter & Gamble, culminating as VP of Customer Business Development until retirement in February 2012. Barry holds a BA in History from Gettysburg College and an MBA in General Management from the University of Scranton.
