Cameron Cosby is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in food and beverage management. Currently serving as the Director of Hospitality and Director of Food and Beverage at Arcadia Bluffs since January 2019, Cameron has previously held the position of Senior F&B General Manager at Vail Resorts from September 2013 to November 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at Old Chicago Restaurants for seven years and as a Chef at Champps for three years. Cameron holds an Associate's degree in Hospitality from Lansing Community College, earned between 2005 and 2007.
