An Tsan is an experienced HR Administrator at Arcadia, Inc. since July 2015. Additionally, An Tsan has been serving as a Tax Preparer for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) grant program since January 2020, providing crucial tax preparation services to underserved communities. Prior experience includes the role of Accounting Club Event Coordinator at East Los Angeles College from August 2012 to June 2014. An Tsan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Cal State LA College of ECST (2018-2019) and an Associate of Arts in Accounting from East Los Angeles College (2010-2013), along with education at Ho Chi Minh City College of Economics (2009-2010).
