Albert Rapella possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and customer care, currently serving as the Global Director of Quality Assurance at LL Flooring since July 2021. Prior to this role, Albert held the position of Director of Quality Assurance and Customer Care at Tastemakers LLC / Arcade1Up since May 2018. From July 2011 to May 2018, Albert worked as the Global Quality Assurance Director at Toys R Us. Earlier career milestones include serving as Quality Assurance Manager at Hanover Direct from March 2006 to July 2011 and Laboratory Manager at Intertek Testing Services from 1988 to 2006.
