Fabio Pent has a strong background in technical support and management. Fabio began their career in 2004 as a Consultant with Altran Italia S.p.A. In 2007, they joined CTS - Group as Technical Support & Product Management. Fabio worked there until 2014. Since 2015, Fabio has served as the Global Technical and Professional Services Support Director at ARCA Worldwide, where they manage various teams and plays a key role in growing the business and introducing new solutions to customers.

Fabio Pent has a diverse education history. In 1994, they began their studies at Politecnico di Torino, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on mechatronics, robotics, and industrial automation in 2003. In 2005, they received a Qualification to Engineering Profession from the same institution.

Later on, in 2015, Fabio pursued further education in Agile Organization Implementation at HolacracyOne, specializing in the implementation of agile organizations. In 2016 and 2017, they attended SCOA The School of Coaching, where they obtained a certification as a Senior Practitioner in Executive Business Coaching.

In terms of additional certifications, Fabio completed a course in Agile for Product Owner and Scrum Master at Big Orange Square in Denver in November 2017. Fabio also obtained a certification as a Holacracy One Practitioner, received through Delivering Public Introductions.
