Demetrio Quispe Flores serves as the Jefe de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional Industrial at Arca Continental Lindley, officially representing Coca Cola Company since March 2018. In this role, Demetrio oversees safety and occupational health at the Planta Zarate Lima and Planta Huacho, focusing on the management of safety programs aimed at reducing workplace accidents through behavioral approaches. Previously, Demetrio worked as a Gestor en Programas de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional at Consulting Presst Perú from January 2016 to October 2020, where responsibilities included instructing and enhancing safety management within industrial and public companies. Demetrio's prior experience also includes supervision of Safety and Health Standards at Arca Continental from June 2013 to March 2018.
