Rachel Schryver is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in various roles focused on youth support and customer service. Currently serving as a Centralized Plan Coordinator at Arc of Onondaga since September 2020, Rachel previously worked as a Beertender at Willow Rock Brewing Company and as a Cocktail Server at Jake Hafner's Restaurant & Tavern. Rachel's background includes significant experience as a Behavioral Intervention Support Specialist at Service Alternatives, Inc., where responsibilities involved supervising youth, leading activities, assisting with individualized plans, and maintaining safety and confidentiality.
