Samantha Caruso is an experienced professional in the field of human services, currently serving as a Health Home Care Manager at the University of Rochester Medical Center since December 2019. Samantha has also held the position of Vocational Support Specialist at Arc of Monroe County since September 2015, where a person-centered approach is utilized to support individuals in their employment journeys. Prior to these roles, Samantha was the Day Manager and held multiple positions, including Direct Support Professional and Resident Counselor, at Heritage Christian Services, contributing to quality care and individual empowerment. Additional experience includes roles in customer service as a Customer Service Representative at iQor and Head Cashier at Forever 21. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Utah State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Monroe Community College.
