Sneha Rao is a Senior Scientist at Arc Institute since November 2023, with previous experience as a Senior Scientist at Herophilus, where strategies for neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative disease modeling were developed. At Columbia University, Sneha served as both an Associate Research Scientist and Postdoctoral Research Scientist, focusing on the genetic origins of schizophrenia and therapeutic targets. An earlier role as a Graduate Research Assistant at Stony Brook University involved in vivo genetic manipulation and significant publications. Additional experience includes supporting Alzheimer's disease research at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and an internship in quality control at Hi Media Laboratories Pvt. Ltd.
