Phuoc Le, MD MPH

Co-Founder and Board Chair at Arc Health

Phuoc Le, MD, MPH has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Phuoc currently holds the position of Vice Dean for Clinical Education at VinUniversity College of Health Sciences since February 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the Board Chair of Arc Health since June 2018. In 2013, they co-founded the HEAL Initiative, an organization focused on health equity and action. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Professor at UC Berkeley starting from July 2012 and as a Professor at UCSF starting from July 2011. In 2017, they served as an Eisenhower Fellow at Eisenhower Fellowships. In the earlier years of their career, from July 2006 to June 2011, they worked as a Resident Physician at Brigham and Women's Hospital.

Phuoc Le, MD MPH obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and East Asian Languages and Literatures from Dartmouth College, where they studied from 1994 to 2000. Phuoc then attended Stanford University School of Medicine from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a focus on Medicine. In addition, they pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley, from 2003 to 2004. Phuoc Le also holds a board certification in internal medicine, although the institution and specific details regarding the certification are not provided.
