Stella Lipsey has a diverse work experience. Stella started their career as a Cost Accountant at Commercial Metals Company in 2001, and then moved on to become a Business Improvement Supervisor in 2005. Stella later took on the role of Change Management Specialist in 2007, and then became a Regional Sales Manager in 2009. In 2010, they joined State Farm as an Insurance Producer and worked there until 2011. Stella then became an Investigator at the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation from 2011 to 2013. Currently, they hold the position of Business Development Director at ARC Services since 2013.

Stella Lipsey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Columbia College (SC) between 1998 and 2002.
