Sergei Kovalenko is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the technology sector. As Co-founder and CEO of Vention since September 2002, Sergei has led the company to become a global leader in software engineering, supporting over 3,000 engineers across 20+ offices worldwide. In addition, Sergei has co-founded Braavo Capital and serves as both an investor and advisor at Scout Ventures, an angel investor at ARC Angel Fund, DreamIt Ventures, TechLaunch LLC, and Jumpstart NJ Angel Network, focusing on early-stage technology businesses with strong growth potential. Sergei's prior experience includes roles as Senior Software Engineer at DAQ Electronics Inc., Product Manager at SV Company in Minsk, and Senior Software Developer at VPIsystems. Sergei holds an EMBA in Management, Marketing, Finance, and Business Strategy from IPM Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Microelectronics from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
