Head of IT at Arbusto, IBM's Director, Global Web Experience, and Web Discipline Leader, has defined and implemented global web strategy and web operating models for the company including documenting workflows, managing investment model (P&L), OKRs, and organization structure across 135 markets and supporting 15 languages. As business owner for CMS platform, they have defined roadmap and requirements and overseen a cross-functional team of 300+ web professionals in the U.S., Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America, Mexico, MEA, Japan, and China.

Under their leadership, a global web optimization practice has delivered 35% YoY marketing revenue growth across global markets and doubled web revenue for AP, Japan, and MEA. The team has grown from 40 Web Optimization Professionals to 105. Additionally, they have directed a key CEO-driven initiative to address customer experience gaps across the IBM website which gained 20%+ improvement in Web Experience Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Head has also implemented data-driven website personalization resulting in 4X improvement in engagement rate and scaled an always-on digital experimentation and testing program across international markets for continuous optimization of business performance and customer experience. In addition, they redesigned globalization process resulting in reduced translation cost and time-to-market for translated content from 2+ weeks to 5 days. Lastly, they improved employee engagement by 10 points for those employees who are part of the web discipline.

After completing a BA in Philosophy from Bryn Mawr College, the Head of IT pursued an MA in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Columbia University. They then completed certification from IBM in IBM Agile Practitioner and IBM Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner.
