Ulliana Sampaio currently serves as a Senior Product Development Scientist at Arborea since October 2024. Previously, Ulliana held senior scientist positions at The Supplant Company, focusing on food applications from January 2022 to September 2024, and worked as a research scientist specializing in food ingredients. Ulliana's academic background includes a PhD in Food Technology from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, complemented by a Master's degree in Food Technology, with a focus on Cereal Science and Technology, also from the same institution. Ulliana's early career included participation in the Inova Talentos Program at Senai Goiás and research on cachaça at the Federal University of Goiás. Additionally, Ulliana completed an exchange program at Avignon Université in the field of food consumption products.
