Brian McVay has a varied work experience. Brian started their career as an Analyst/Liaison at Harlan Lee and Associates in 2011, where they provided executive-level admin support and monitored forecasting tools. Brian then worked as a Background Investigator at USIS from 2012 to 2013, conducting interviews, completing record searches, and reporting data. From 2013 to 2016, Brian worked as a Marketing Consultant as an independent consultant. Brian later joined All Around Computers, LLC. as a Managing Partner from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, Brian worked as a Network Engineer at Duncan Services from January to August 2018. Currently, they serve as the Director of IT at Arbor Springs Health & Rehab Center.

Brian McVay attended Troy University from 2004 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications in Excel 2013 Essential Training, obtained from Lynda.com in January 2016, and TSC, obtained from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management in October 2012.
