Rachael Long has extensive experience in operational compliance and insurance, currently serving as Director, Operational Compliance and Insurance Specialist at Arbor Realty Trust since September 2018, where previous titles included Compliance & Insurance Specialist and Insurance Compliance Specialist. Prior to this, Rachael worked at Sedgwick as a Claims Assistant, and held various roles at Arbor Realty Trust and Lorigo Insurance Group, focusing on client service and insurance policy management. Rachael also has a background in administrative tasks and employee training that enhanced organizational efficiency and client satisfaction. Rachael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion and Textile Technology/Fashion Merchandising from Buffalo State University in 2010.
