Matt Norman serves as Vice President, Multifamily Loan Originator, and Commercial Real Estate Lending expert at Arbor Realty Trust, a position held since November 1995. Specializing in multifamily loan origination for a national lender encompassing Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and other financing avenues, Matt played a pivotal role in establishing Arbor's Indiana office in 2017 after relocating from Dallas. With extensive experience and a track record as a Top 10 Fannie Mae DUS® Multifamily Lender, Arbor excels in offering competitive loan terms and servicing multifamily loans, including small loans ranging from $1M to $7.5M and various commercial mortgage-backed securities options. Prior to Arbor, Matt held analyst positions at Caterpillar Financial, Addison National Bank, and NationsBank. Matt holds a BS in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
