Vanessa Gramajo is an experienced mental health professional with a strong background in case management and residential counseling. Currently serving as a Case Manager at Community Care Alliance since February 2018, Vanessa also holds a position as a Residential Counselor at Arbor Associates, where responsibilities include assessing and supporting the needs of residents. Additionally, Vanessa has been a Live-In Residential Counselor at Fall River Deaconess Home School since 2014, providing behavior modification and crisis intervention services.
