Dening K. is currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at Arbol since May 2023. Prior to this role, Dening worked as an Associate at Torys LLP specializing in securities law from January 2022 to April 2023. Dening gained experience as Vice President at Jefferies between June 2019 and August 2020 and as an Associate in M&A at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from October 2013 to June 2019. An early career position included an internship at the Federal Trade Commission from September 2011 to April 2012. Dening holds a Juris Doctor from Cardozo School of Law, obtained in May 2013, and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, earned in June 2010, following studies at Stuyvesant High School, completed in June 2006.
