Willem van Rhenen currently serves as the Chief Health Officer and member of the Executive Board at Arbo Unie since September 2017. Additionally, Willem holds the position of Professor of Engagement and Productivity at Nyenrode Business University since 2010 and was a member of the Supervisory Board at NSPOH from January 2014 to December 2021. Previously, Willem acted as an Ombudsman at PostNL from May 2011 to April 2021 and worked in various roles such as Occupational Health Physician and Director of Research and Development at GGD/KPN/ArboNed from 1991 to August 2017. Willem was also a board member focused on research and development at ArboNed/365 BV from April 2009 to March 2013, and held multiple roles from 1980 to 1991 at Stivoro/Adra/Gelderse Vallei. Willem's educational background includes studies at the University of Amsterdam and Revius Lyceum Doorn, culminating in a Gymnasium degree.
