Scott Schultz, PCC has over 20 years of experience in the retail and hospitality industries. Scott began their career in 1995 as a Sales Manager and Operations Manager at Circuit City. In 2006, they worked as a Loss Prevention Specialist at Bass Pro Shops. In 2016, they became the Zone Manager Designate at Potbelly Sandwich Works, and the same year, they took on the role of Keynote Speaker, Executive Coach, and Leadership Consultant at LeadersImpact.us. In 2017, they joined Mitra QSR CMG as the Director of Leadership Development and Executive Leadership Coach. In 2018, they became a Senior Consultant at The Arbinger Institute and a Transformational Consultant at Bridge Partnership. In 2021, they took on the role of Heartstyles Associate at Heartstyles - Personal Development, Business Growth.

Scott Schultz has a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation, which they obtained in April 2020. Scott also holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coach Federation, which they obtained in November 2018. Additionally, they have obtained an EQi 2.0/EQ 360 Certification from OKA (Otto Kroeger Associates) and an EQi-2.0 | EQ 360 Certified Coach and Practitioner certification from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) in July 2021, as well as an Accredited Heartstyles Associate certification from Heartstyles - Personal development, business growth in February 2021. Scott attended Strayer University from 2012 to 2016, studying Business Administration, Management and Operations.
