Sarah Spencer, M.S. has a diverse and extensive work experience. From 2009 to 2021, they have been employed by seven different organizations. In 2009, they worked as an English Teacher for International Language Programmes SL. In 2010, they worked as a Family Support Specialist for Southwest Human Development. In 2013, they worked as a Foreclosure Processor for Lundberg & Associates. In 2014, they worked as a Legal Administrator for The Law Firm of Richard J. Segura, Jr. In 2017, they worked as a Managing Director for the Center for the Study of Narrative and Conflict Resolution at George Mason University - School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution. In 2019, they worked as a Senior Client Success Manager and Senior Account Executive for the Federal Agencies Practice at The Arbinger Institute. Finally, in 2021, they worked as a Member for Pavilion.

Sarah Spencer, M.S. completed their Master of Science degree in School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution at George Mason University in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marriage, Family and Human Development from Brigham Young University in 2009. Sarah Spencer, M.S. also holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Brigham Young University - Idaho, which they earned in 2004.
