Rabeb Oueslati has a wealth of experience in training and learning development. Rabeb began their career in 2008 as a Senior Lecturer in Business Computing at Institut Supérieur de Gestion de Tunis. In 2011, they moved to Taibah University where they held the role of Senior Lecturer in Cyber Security and Business Intelligence | Development & Innovation Manager. In 2021, Rabeb joined IHE as Training and Development Manager I Senior Lecturer in Information Systems and BI. In 2022, they joined both Growship and The Arbinger Institute, as Senior Manager Training Development and Senior Manager Learning Development, and Arbinger Facilitator respectively.

Rabeb Oueslati received their Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Institut Supérieur de Gestion de Tunis in 2008. Rabeb then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems, General at ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion from 2009 to 2011. Rabeb also received a Master's Degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from Institut Supérieur de Gestion de Tunis during the same period.
