Michael Evans has over 15 years of experience in the professional world. In 2021, they began working as a Facilitator for The Arbinger Institute, developing and implementing an Outward Mindset. From 2013 to present, they have served as Adjunct Faculty for both the University of South Carolina - Sumter and Saint Leo University. In 2007, they became the Owner and Primary Firearms Instructor of CWP Sumter, LLC. In 2006, they began working as an Adjunct Faculty for Saint Leo University. In 2022, they will become the Owner of Great Wolf Consulting and Development.

Michael Evans has a varied educational background. Michael began their studies in 2002, when they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Saint Leo University. Michael then went on to earn a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Troy University in 2006. Michael is currently enrolled in a Doctor of Philosophy program in Criminal Justice/Police Science at Liberty University, though they have not yet completed the program. In addition to their formal education, Michael has also obtained three certifications: an Executive Certification in Criminal Justice from Liberty University in 2020, an Advance Force Science Specialist certification from the Force Science Institute in 2018, and a Force Science Analysis Certification from the Force Science Institute in 2017.
