Lisa Sharapata

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Arbinger Institute

Lisa Sharapata has a wealth of experience in marketing roles. Lisa began their career in 2007 as Marketing Director at Encompass Group, LLC, where they were responsible for a $3M+ budget and EBITA. In 2014, they moved to Teradata as Director of Integrated Marketing, where they developed multi-touch campaigns composed of a strategic mix of inbound and outbound tactics to drive engagement and ROI. In 2016, they joined Aprimo (formerly Teradata) as Sr. Director of Digital Marketing and Brand Experience, where they developed entirely new business strategies and brand positioning with the leadership team under new PE ownership. Lisa then moved to 6sense in 2019 as VP Demand Generation and Growth Strategy, where they pushed the limits of Account-Based Marketing. In 2020, they joined MindTickle as VP of Global Marketing, where they were responsible for building the global go-to-market strategy in order to create brand awareness, generate pipeline, and improve conversion rates. Lisa also held roles at Hushly, Peak Community, and Revenue Collective in 2020. In 2021, they joined BoostUp.ai as CMO, where they were responsible for brand awareness, pipeline creation, digital marketing, account-based marketing, and GTM strategy. Finally, they are currently Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at The Arbinger Institute since 2022.

Lisa Sharapata holds a BFA in Graphic Design / Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has studied Business and Economics at Macquarie University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from various institutions, such as CMO School from Pavilion in February 2022, Account-Based Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in June 2020, Introduction to Agile Marketing from AgileSherpas in June 2019, Foundations in Design Thinking from IDEO U in April 2019, Ideas to Action from IDEO U in March 2019, Insights for Innovation from IDEO U in February 2019, Aprimo Academy: Marketing Productivity and Plan & Spend from Saba Software in February 2017, and CMI University from Content Marketing Institute in December 2016.
