Angie Carmignani is a Trainer and Coach at Forever Young Foundation Institute, partnering with the Arbinger Institute to provide year-long training for nonprofit professionals. Angie is also a Senior Consultant at The Arbinger Institute, helping leaders create high-performance cultures. As the Principal Owner of MAC & Associates Nonprofit Consultants, Angie brings 20+ years of nonprofit executive experience to help organizations scale effectively. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer and Operations Director at The Taylor Family Foundation, Angie successfully led fundraising efforts and managed the construction of Camp Arroyo. With a background in Italian cuisine, Angie also served as General Manager at A.G. Ferrari Foods, bringing the best of Italy to Northern California.
