Tove Isaksson is a seasoned senior organizational consultant at Arbetslivsresurs since June 2012, specializing in organizational development, transition, training, and work-oriented rehabilitation, with experience in custom management team development for both private companies and government agencies. Previously, from March 1994 to April 2012, Tove served as an organizational consultant and project leader at Lernia Consulting AB, focusing on leadership development, diversity, and intercultural communication. Tove began the professional journey as a research assistant at Lund University in 1991 and as a teacher assistant at The Arthur Morgan School, providing a foundation in education and alternative pedagogy. Tove holds a certification in the Group Development Questionnaire from GDQ Associates and has attended institutions including Lund University and The New School.
