Fredrik Andreasson is an experienced professional in the fields of rehabilitation and occupational therapy. Currently serving as Teamledare at Arbetslivsresurs since February 2022, Fredrik leads the Steget till Arbete initiative in Skåne. Prior to this role, Fredrik worked as an Arbetslivsinriktad Rehabkonsult, focusing on supporting individuals through the rehabilitation process and facilitating their return to work after illness. Fredrik's previous experience includes serving as a qualified Arbetsterapeut at Region Skåne from August 2020 to February 2022, where responsibilities encompassed improving patients' activity capabilities. Additionally, Fredrik held leadership roles at Göteborgs nation, including Styrelseledamot and Ansvarig för klubbverksamhet, contributing to the organization’s long-term strategy and student engagement initiatives. Fredrik began building a professional foundation as an Account Manager at Bredband2 and as a Studentambassadör for Vitamin Well AB. Academic qualifications include a degree in occupational therapy from Lund University and further education at Malmö University.
