Annika Holm has extensive experience in HR and consulting, currently serving as Gruppchef at Arbetslivsresurs since December 2016, where responsibilities include managing 11 offices and maintaining high-quality work standards among consultants. Previously, Annika held roles at Arbetsförmedlingen, Holm Personalutveckling, and other organizations, focusing on individual development, HR processes, and strategic planning. Educational qualifications include a Kandidatexamen in psychology with a focus on personnel and labor from Mid Sweden University. Annika has also contributed to project management initiatives at Högskolan i Gävle, aimed at enhancing connections between students and the local business community.
