Shanis Wollarth has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Shanis started their career as a Board member, Volunteer, and Information Clerk at the Bureau Against Discrimination from 2004 to 2007. In this role, they helped develop educational material and educated schools in Norrköping about anti-discrimination.
From 2006 to 2008, Shanis worked as a Cashier and Saleswoman at K-rauta AB. Their responsibilities included handling cash transactions and providing customer service.
In 2008, they joined AB SigtunaHem as a Project Manager. During their tenure, Shanis managed a democracy project focused on developing a district in Märsta. Shanis also organized events, lectured on discrimination and diversity, and facilitated community integration.
Shanis joined ´¡°ù²ú±ð³Ù²õ´Úö°ù³¾±ð»å±ô¾±²Ô²µ±ð²Ô in 2010 and held various roles over the years. As an Employment Officer, they provided career counseling, conducted interviews with job seekers, and assisted them in finding employment. Shanis then became an Introduction Manager, where they developed a successful method for introducing new staff members to the employment officer's profession. Additionally, they acted as a Stand-in Manager, overseeing staff and workplace environment in the absence of local office managers in Solna. Later, Shanis served as a Project Manager, Senior Administrative Officer, Analyst, and Strategist. Their expertise was in recruitment incentives and labor market programs, and they collaborated with the Ministry of Employment, employers, and labor organization representatives. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Section, responsible for operations and personnel management for ten senior administrative officers.
Shanis Wollarth's education history begins in 2000 when they attended International College in Stockholm, Sweden. They pursued the Natural Science Programme in English and obtained a High School Degree in 2003. After completing their high school education, Shanis went on to attend Linköping University from 2003 to 2007. Here, they earned a Master of Social Science degree, specializing in Social and Cultural Analysis/Social Psychology.
In 2018, Shanis pursued further education at Försvarshögskolan - Swedish Defence University. However, no specific degree was mentioned for this period, but they studied a course titled "Understanding Group and Leader."
