Karthika Dhandapani is an experienced ServiceNow professional currently serving as a Senior Developer at ´¡°ù²ú±ð³Ù²õ´Úö°ù³¾±ð»å±ô¾±²Ô²µ±ð²Ô since September 2023. Previously, Karthika worked as a Technical Consultant at Fujitsu and a Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. Karthika has a strong background in designing, developing, and testing solutions on the H&M ServiceNow platform, participating actively in Scrum methodologies, and providing L3 troubleshooting support. Additionally, Karthika has guided junior developers, implemented innovative ServiceNow solutions, and performed system configuration and maintenance.
