Maureen Thayer, CPCU, has extensive experience in the insurance industry spanning several decades. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Arbella Insurance Group since January 2008, Maureen previously held the position of Underwriting Operations Manager at Plymouth Rock Assurance from 2003 to 2007, where responsibilities included managing MA and CT personal lines underwriting, customer service, and business analysis project support. Earlier in Maureen's career, Maureen worked at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company from 1996 to 2002 as an Insurance Manager, overseeing remote staff and high-value underwriting accounts. Maureen started in the industry as a Customer Service Manager at John Hancock Property & Casualty Company from 1983 to 1996. Maureen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from UMass Boston.
