With a background in Accounting and Finance from Ahlia University, Hamdi AlSayed's responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the transaction lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as examining deal performance and coordinating post-acquisition activities.
