Kevin Downs is currently the Regional Operations Manager in the Water Division at ARB, Inc. Kevin previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at ARB, Inc. from March 2013 to November 2014. Before that, Kevin worked as a Project Manager at Mountain Cascade, Inc. from May 2001 to February 2013. Kevin obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Chico in 2001.
