Blake Foster is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in technical project management, facility start-up, and commissioning across the oil/gas, mining, and power industries. Currently serving at ARB, Inc. since March 2023, Blake previously held senior roles including Senior Project Manager at MasTec Industrial and Division Manager at Spectra. Blake has demonstrated expertise in leading high-performing teams and managing multi-million-dollar projects, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and additional training in Leadership and Business Management from Dale Carnegie Training. Blake also holds a PMP certification, further enhancing project management capabilities.
