Ashton Melton, PMP has a diverse work experience. From 2014 to 2022, they have worked in various roles in different companies. In 2014, they were a Marketing Intern at Challenge Air for Kids & Friends, Inc. In 2015, they worked as a Business Development Intern at Lee Financial Corporation where they profiled new clients by analyzing their taxes, insurance, will, bank statements and trust. In 2016, they worked at NCH Corporation in various roles such as ERP Analyst, Associate Functional Oracle Analyst - IT SCM, Associate Project Manager, Project Administrator and Business Analyst Intern. Lastly, in 2022 they are currently working as a Senior Consultant at Aravo Solutions - Integrated Risk & Resilience.

Ashton Melton, PMP, obtained a Bachelor's of Business Administration from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business in 2016, with a field of study in Marketing and a Concentration in Supply Chain Management. In 2017, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
