Thomas Skogen has a diverse work experience, starting from 2003 as a Freelance Consultant and later joining Gerni A/S as a Lean Project Manager. From 2005 to 2016, Thomas worked at Minerva Danmark A/S in various roles such as Business Consultant, Product Market Manager, and Product Manager. In 2016, they joined Minerva USA Inc as a Partner and then transitioned to Minerva as a Director. Thomas recently started working at Aras Corporation as a Director of Sales Enablement in 2022.

Thomas Skogen obtained a Master's degree in International Technology Management from Aalborg University, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. In addition, they have a certification as a Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
