Seryozha Barkhudaryan is an experienced IT specialist currently working at AraratBank OJSC since November 2022. Seryozha also serves as COO and Co-Founder of Revalcon, a position held since June 2018. Previous roles include Head of the Revenue Analysis and Data Coordination Division at Veolia Jur CJSC from January 2017 to September 2020, and a series of positions at Armwater CJSC from November 2007 to January 2017, including Head of Billing Department and Senior Specialist. Seryozha holds a Master of Public Administration from the Public Administration Academy of RA and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the National Polytechnic University of Armenia.
