Peter Egbe, Ph.D, C.Eng MEI, is a highly experienced drilling engineering specialist currently serving as a Drilling Engineering Specialist and Well Integrity Team Leader at Aramco since June 2014. With a strong background in well integrity governance and drilling engineering, Peter has successfully led teams in planning and executing complex drilling projects, particularly in the South Ghawar field. Prior roles include the position of Western Hemisphere Well Integrity Technical Authority at BP, where Peter ensured life cycle well integrity across multiple regions, and a Well Engineer at Abu Dhabi National Energy Company, responsible for well integrity strategy and team leadership. Peter’s extensive experience also includes roles at the UK Health and Safety Executive and Total, alongside a Ph.D. in Drilling Engineering from Robert Gordon University.
