Rafal Mrzyglocki has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rafal started their career as the Founder and President of ARAM Notebook, a retailer specializing in selling notebook computers in Poland. Rafal later founded and served as the CEO of WORLD COFFEE, a chain of coffee shops with a focus on mobility. Rafal then joined ATM S.A. as a Director, where they were responsible for the R&D department and played a key role in creating new products and platforms for internet, mobile services, media, and telecommunications.

In 2012, Rafal founded iloggo.com, a homepage for consumers and a captive portal for locations offering public Wi-Fi. Rafal served as its CEO, implementing a successful business model based on affiliate marketing.

Rafal's career also includes serving as the Group CEO of aram.eu, a creative design and technical production company specializing in gaming tournaments, events, exhibitions, conferences, and immersive installations.

More recently, Rafal has held executive positions. Rafal served as the Executive Vice President of A-RENTAL and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of AV Light.

Rafal Mrzyglocki completed their primary education at Szkola podstawowa im. Stanislawa Staszica from 1984 to 1991. Rafal then pursued higher education at the University of Silesia in Katowice from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Tv and Film production directing in 2004.
