Liz DeLeon has over a decade of experience in training and development, currently serving as the Training and Development Manager at Athens Services since July 2013. In this role, Liz implemented and launched the organization's first Learning Management System (LMS), which provides a centralized platform for eLearning content and tracks learner progress and performance. Prior to this position, Liz developed a six-week new hire training program as a Customer Service Trainer at Athens Services, introducing new employees to the company's culture, industry, and systems. Liz's career in customer service began at Waste Management, where Liz worked as a Customer Service Representative from January 2011 to June 2013.
