Laura-Jo Howard has over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Underwriting Manager at ARAG Legal Services UK since October 2011, with previous roles including Senior Underwriter, BTE Underwriter, and BTE Underwriting Assistant. Prior to ARAG, Laura-Jo worked at Direct Line Group from January 2010 to October 2011 as a Customer Relations Advisor and Motor Claims Advisor. Educational qualifications include a degree in English Literature and Film from the University of Portsmouth (2006-2009) and the ACII certification from The Chartered Insurance Institute.
