Catherine Huynh has extensive experience in financial management and corporate governance, currently serving as Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary at Arafura Resources Limited since July 2018. Prior roles include Financial Controller and Joint Company Secretary at Arafura Resources Limited, as well as Financial Controller and Company Secretary at Chalice Gold Mines Limited from June 2017 to July 2018. Catherine also held positions as Company Secretary and Corporate Accountant at ECM Energy & Environment Pty Ltd between July 2013 and June 2017, and began a career at EY from May 2010 to June 2013 as a Senior Accountant in Audit and previously as an Accountant in Audit. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia, along with certifications from the Governance Institute of Australia and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
