Hugo Roques has extensive experience in the finance and commodity trading sectors, currently serving as the Deputy Head of Commodity Trade Finance and Head of Energy and Metals at Arab Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. since January 2021. In addition, Hugo Roques holds a position as a Non-Executive Board Member at Lion Alternative Energy PLC and has been a Co-Managing Partner at KUSEL S.A. since June 2015. Previous roles include founder of Крылатское Нефть Прокюремент OOO and FINAPART / ARTIGNY COMMODITIES / GMTJ, along with General Manager at ALCHAR / Darcel Trading, and Group CEO at Lanturno Group of Companies. Earlier in the career, Hugo Roques worked at BNP Paribas CIB in various capacities related to commodities trading and held positions at FINANSBANK (SUISSE) SA and Dexia. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Finance from IPAG Business School and participation in the Oxford Princeton Training Program.
